Temperature and everyday use: comfort without extreme settings
No single temperature suits every person and room. Adjust gradually, avoid direct draughts and judge actual comfort rather than just the number on the remote.
Summer and winter
In cooling mode, setting a much lower temperature than desired is not a reliable way to cool faster. In heating mode, an excessive setting will not solve poor distribution either. Close windows during normal climate-control use and plan ventilation separately; air conditioning alone does not replace fresh-air renewal.
Sleeping and scheduling
At night, direct airflow away from the bed and try settings beforehand. Sleep modes and timers differ between models. There is no universal maximum running time: instructions, installation and condition matter. Whether to turn off or maintain a setting also depends on when the room will next be used.
Babies, vulnerable people and pets
Do not treat a climate-control guide as medical or veterinary advice. Discuss particular needs with the relevant professional. Do not base a person's or animal's safety on equipment running without interruption; arrange supervision and a fallback for failures. Maintenance supports equipment operation but does not guarantee specific clinical conditions.
